Course Information

Swim

The swim for both age groups will be held in the Elk Grove Pond with guide buoys and volunteer lifeguards present. Age Group 1 will start first with a ~50 meter swim following the north shore. Age Group 2 will start about 15 minutes later near the south shore and swim approximately 100 meters across the pond.

Bike

Athletes will walk bikes up the hill to the Morgan Creek crosswalk, where volunteers will assist with traffic management. The course follows neighborhood trails, watch for color tape and cones to guide you. Stay on trails, no riding on the road except at designated crossings. Yield to walkers and pets. Age Group 1 will complete one lap, Age Group 2 will complete two laps.

Run

After biking, athletes will transition to the run course. Age Group 1 will do a single lap around the pond and cross the finish line. Age Group 2 will run parallel to Elk Grove lane until they reach the crosswalk at the North west side of the park where they will turn around and run back on the path, turning right to complete their lap around the pond to the finish line.
